One of my close friends hosted her wedding at novotel. The arrangement, the food, and the friendliness of the staff made me feel so welcomed and I loved every detail about the night. The staff were really hardworking, thanks to their effort 💕

We asked for a non smoking room like we always do because we come to this hotel every month since over 7 years. The room that we got smelled like cigarettes and had burnt furniture, but the thing is that every time we come to the hotel there is an issue with the room and half of the time is wasted while they find an available room to transfer us, like there was this one time the bathroom door locked my friend in the bathroom because after he locked the door the bathroom handle broke, but still we come to this hotel because we are loyal customers who are not appreciated, and always treated poorly by the staff, we always get a bad room, we always get our time wasted for something that is not our fault, and we still come to this hotel, honestly I’m very disappointed in Novotel Al bustan. And today they told us they will change the room at 6:15, it’s now 9:20 and the room is still not changed, as I said we get treated badly

Nice ambience, service is good and very fast especially the filipino guy name Albert who serve the event in mezzanine. Delicious snacks the shrimps tempura love it, sweets, coffee, juice, finger foods all 100% good.. Alll are perfect. The event, the people the aminities and evrything. Keep it up and God bless to all

We have stayed in accord hotel earlier and this hotel property is like not suitable for family stay .

Brilliant Staff

There was an mix up in our order on a night out with some friends. We were a little disappointed at first but I am happy to to say the staff including Anu, Reggie and EI Cho who were on duty were able to resolve the situation and make us feel so welcome and look after us very well. Highly recommend
